I need to sleep

More than one third of parents report that their children aged 1 to 6 years have sleep problems. That’s a lot of kids and adults who don’t sleep well!

What if we talked about it, about fatigue and sleep deprivation among parents? What if we really talked about it?

What if we turned the tables and accepted that the child’s and parent’s sleep are two sides of the same coin?

This section contains scientific information on parental sleep (Your Vital Need) as well as tips, tools and resources to (re)take control of fatigue.

Don’t hesitate to ask us questions about research advances made with families. We want to make science accessible so that it can help you sleep better.
